How are seats counted?+
On Pro, every user inside your organization counts as a seat — editors, approvers, viewers. External reviewers (outside counsel, clients, agencies) do not consume a seat.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
